Enhanced digital strategy for CTO drives 850% uplift in social engagement & 34% lift in hot leads

KARMA MARKETING had the privilege to provide marketing services for Corporate Training Options (www.cto.com.au). The case study below showcases how a solid strategy has lead to successful results.


CHALLENGE: Corporate Training Options is an established corporate training organisation, with a great story to tell about their unique offering. However, their inconsistent social media presence was impacting their ability to generate proactive online enquiries. 


APPROACH: Weekly strategy sessions were implemented to discuss the existing social media calendar and customer targeting. Customer feedback forms were analysed to establish the firm’s key strengths.


SOLUTION: A mix of activities were undertaken, including:

·      Refinement of their value proposition and segmentation

·      Regular weekly posts on major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google My Business); 

·      Content edited to get more traction with audience;

·      Geographic reach expanded through Google My Business; 

·      New media trialled for posts (eg video);

·      Customer feedback forms enhanced;  

·      New leads sourced through the LinkedIn platform.


RESULTS: Over the 2-month program, clearer content and targeting, as well as regularity in posting lead to significant uplift across all social media channels – and the resulting proactive enquiries.

·      LinkedIn: post impressions lift by 298%; clicks by 400%; unique visitors by 69%.

·      Facebook: post reach lift by 1448%; post engagement by 850%.

·      Enquiries increased by 34%
